Randori technique
Randori

Description

Free practice / Free sparring. An unscripted practice session where both partners apply techniques against each other with resistance, within the rules of the art. Unlike kata, randori has no fixed pattern — each partner reacts spontaneously to the other. Randori develops timing, sensitivity, adaptability and the ability to apply techniques under realistic conditions.
